My personal journey—from disconnection to authenticity, from pain to peace—called me into the coaching work I do today. It’s what led me to Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and a life devoted to healing, growth, and embodied, conscious living. Now, I serve as a guide for others on the path of rediscovery.
